EMPLOYER

To register and gain access to the system as an employer, you must first attend a training session. Training sessions are held every Tuesday at 9:30 am - 12:00 pm and again at 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm at the Ministry of Financial Services, Economic Development, and Digital Transformation. (This is located on the 2nd floor of Romasco Place, below Prime Restaurant, which is in front ‘Maria's By The Sea, and up the stairs beside the FLOW office)

Bring a laptop computer or tablet, and the trade license number for the company with you to the training.  If possible, have information on at least one of your employees.  Please have scanned copies of their passport bio page, immigration stamp, work permit card, and a photo image on the computer.

For Fulltime, Part-Time, Change of Employer, and Change of Position work permit applications, you must post your jobs through the Workforce Development System interface of the Labour Management System and manage and record details of all interviews and interactions with candidates who apply for the jobs you posted. You can search for resumes that are potential matches for your jobs; select candidates for interviews and schedule those interviews; and record your selections of preferred candidates. If the chosen candidate requires a work permit, once recruitment is complete the system will notify the Workforce Development Unit to conduct a review. If after the review is completed, authorisation is given for you to proceed with the recruitment of the foreign worker, you then create and complete the work permit application. For Temporary, Periodic, and Entertainment applications, these are created directly through the Work Permit System interface using the create work permit option.

Employers can track the progress of their application from their dashboard, and all actions can be done online on the system. There is no longer a requirement for you to come into the Department because notifications, decisions, and certain types of correspondence are done electronically, and payments can be done online.
